Celebrating 2,000 WordPress Agencies: Thank You for Reaching This Milestone With Us
Access directly in your WordPress with auto-updates.
Every milestone we achieve at WPDistro is a testament to the hard work, trust, and ambition of the WordPress community.
On August 6th, 2025, we reached an incredible new chapter in our journey: WPDistro officially welcomed our 2,000th WordPress agency partner!
From our very first 50 agencies back in 2017 to crossing 500, hitting 1,000, and now standing shoulder-to-shoulder with 2,000 agencies worldwide, this milestone belongs entirely to the developers, freelancers, and agency leaders who chose to eliminate the maintenance tax and embrace a smarter, automated way to build on WordPress.
Why Reaching 2,000 Agencies Changes the Game
When you scale an agency to manage hundreds—or even thousands—of client websites across local environments, staging servers, and live production stacks, operational efficiency isn’t just a luxury; it’s a survival requirement.
Before partnering with WPDistro, our community faced the exhausting bottlenecks that plague traditional WordPress development:
- Exploding Software Costs: Paying retail license fees for dozens of individual premium plugins across hundreds of client sites eats away directly at profit margins.
- The Maintenance Drag: Countless billable hours wasted every week logging into individual client dashboards, hunting down fresh
.zipfiles, and applying manual updates. - Security Windows: Leaving client sites vulnerable to zero-day exploits while waiting for team members to manually run updates across a massive site network.
By centralizing access to 3,000+ premium plugins and routing verified upstream updates directly into native WordPress dashboards, our 2,000 agency partners have successfully slashed overhead, eliminated licensing headaches, and reclaimed thousands of billable hours.
Built on Uncompromising Standards
Reaching 2,000 agencies doesn’t mean slowing down—it fuels our commitment to what matters most to developers:
- Absolute Safety: Verified, original source code with zero hidden backdoors or malicious alterations.
- Pristine Privacy: Clean codebases with no modified scripts or broken dependencies.
- True Automation: Seamless background updates delivered straight to your native WordPress dashboard, freeing you from manual
.zipuploads forever.
A Heartfelt Thank You
To every single one of our 2,000 agency partners: Thank you. Your feedback, feature requests, and daily trust are the driving force behind our infrastructure.
We are more committed than ever to making WPDistro the most reliable, efficient, and developer-friendly platform in the WordPress ecosystem. Here is to faster builds, automated workflows, and the journey ahead!
